Due to rapid expansion in the past few years, they are now seeking a Japanese-speaking Account Executive to provide support to the sales team, maintain customer communications, project management and manage supplier relationships. Acting as a cultural bridge, this person will play a key role in the growth of the company.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide essential support to the sales team to enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate the efficient flow of market information and contribute to resolving customer complaints
  • Establish regular communication with customers, offering timely market insights to strengthen our sales strategies
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and provide necessary support
  • Provide seamless customer service to Japanese customers

 

Requirements:

 

  • Good command of written and verbal Japanese and Chinese
  • 3-5 years proven experience in account management roles preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Knowledge of Japanese business culture and customs
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwares

Senior Finance Manager - Financial Services
