Our client is an engineering support and trading company that offers technical advice, cost reduction solutions, and a wide range of electronic products for various applications, including cable and wire harness, printed circuit board assembly, power supply, coil winding, assembling tools and machinery, battery, motor and transformer, plastics injection, and metal stamping.
Due to rapid expansion in the past few years, they are now seeking a Japanese-speaking Account Executive to provide support to the sales team, maintain customer communications, project management and manage supplier relationships. Acting as a cultural bridge, this person will play a key role in the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to the sales team to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Facilitate the efficient flow of market information and contribute to resolving customer complaints
- Establish regular communication with customers, offering timely market insights to strengthen our sales strategies
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and provide necessary support
- Provide seamless customer service to Japanese customers
Requirements:
- Good command of written and verbal Japanese and Chinese
- 3-5 years proven experience in account management roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of Japanese business culture and customs
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwares
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines
