Key Responsiblities:

  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption laws; Overseas Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA); common reporting standards of the OECD and AEOI as well as other regulatory and internal requirements
  • Advise on anti money laundering issues and handle related inquiries and investigations
  • Supervise process of opening new accounts
  • Provide training on AML, gift and entertainment policy and other related compliance topics
  • Guide employees such as anti-money laundering officers and client complaint officers to deal with clients

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Law or Accounting
