Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations; relevant laws, regulations and global standards
- Review and analyze reports for irregular or suspicious activities. Subsequent reports should be made on cases that violate relevant rules and regulations
- Establish assessment plans and perform control reviews
- Prepare compliance plans and due diligence
- Stay up to date with latest business practices and products
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Law, Risk Management or related disciplines
- Professional qualifications in auditing or accounting (e.g. CPA, CISA etc.)
- Minimum of 8 years in compliance/audit role, with at least 3 years in a management position
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Hong Kong regulations and industry best practices; particularly in the areas of compliance, corporate governance and risk management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic working environment
- Strong investigative and analytical ability and detail-oriented
